Job summary

CNH Industrial in India seeks a senior project lead to drive end-to-end delivery of a new manufacturing plant. You will align with CNH Global PM standards, meet local statutory requirements, and ensure safety, cost, quality, and readiness of the facility.

Responsibilities include CAPEX governance, civil/MEP installation, EPC oversight, and a strong focus on zero-accident culture. Bachelor's in Engineering is required; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 20–25 years industrial project experience in India.

Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield/brownfield manufacturing plant projects from concept to SOP.
• Own CAPEX planning, schedules, governance, and risk management.
• Manage civil, utilities, MEP, infrastructure, and equipment installation.
• Ensure compliance with CNH Engineering & EHS standards.
• Oversee EPC contractors, PMCs, and suppliers.
• Drive zero-accident culture and statutory compliance (India).
• Ensure factory readiness, commissioning, and handover to operations.

Job Purpose

Lead end-to-end delivery of a new CNH manufacturing plant in India, ensuring alignment with CNH Global Project Management standards, India statutory requirements, and CNH Leadership Behaviors. The role is accountable for safety, cost, quality, delivery, and operational readiness of the facility.
