Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a senior project leader to drive end-to-end delivery of a new manufacturing plant in India, ensuring alignment with CNH standards, local regulations, and leadership behaviors. You will be accountable for safety, cost, quality, delivery, and operational readiness of the facility.

The role requires 20–25 years of industrial project experience in India and a Bachelor's in Engineering with PMP preferred. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).
• PMP preferred.
• 20–25 years industrial project experience in India.

Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield/brownfield manufacturing plant projects from concept to SOP.
• Own CAPEX planning, schedules, governance, and risk management.
• Manage civil, utilities, MEP, infrastructure, and equipment installation.
• Ensure compliance with CNH Engineering & EHS standards.
• Oversee EPC contractors, PMCs, and suppliers.
• Drive zero-accident culture and statutory compliance (India).
• Ensure factory readiness, commissioning, and handover to operations.
