Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Project Manager IS/IT focusing on ERP for Finance and HR to lead end-to-end ERP initiatives and act as the bridge between Business and IT across local and corporate teams.

The role requires strong project management expertise, hands-on PM tool experience (MS Project, JIRA, SAP, Trello), and the ability to drive projects independently with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or equivalent) in Finance and HR domains.
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Hands‑on experience with PM tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, SAP, Trello).
• Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between business and IT.
• Ability to drive projects independently, with strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Finance, HR, or related field.
• PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
