Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 5+ years of experience specifically in ERP implementation project management.
• Prior industry experience outside ERP implementation is an added advantage.
• Broad understanding of business operations and processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, both large-scale and small-scale.
• Familiarity with Infor Corporate Policies and Procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and monitoring billable ERP implementation projects from initiation through delivery. The Senior Project Manager operates with minimal supervision and reports to PMO Management.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with enterprise applications, preferably Infor LN/Baan, M3, or similar Infor ERP systems.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work across overlapping time zones.
• Expertise with AI tools
• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA (or equivalent technical degree).
