Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced ERP Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end ERP delivery across multiple projects. You will coordinate PMOs, drive consistent governance, and ensure timely, decision-focused reporting for the ERP portfolio.

The role requires deep program management expertise, strong communication with senior leaders, and the ability to balance competing priorities across complex ERP initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in program or project management, PMO leadership or portfolio coordination.
• Strong knowledge of governance, planning, risk/issue management and executive reporting.
• Experience coordinating multiple PMOs and establishing common governance and controls.
• Understanding ERP delivery lifecycles, business processes and target operating models.
• Proficient with project/portfolio management tools and data visualization.

Support the ERP Delivery Director in steering the end-to-end ERP delivery portfolio, coordinate the Project PMOs, and ensure consistent governance, planning, reporting, risk management and project management quality across all ERP projects.

• Coordinate and engage Project PMOs around ERP delivery priorities, standards and milestones without creating unnecessary administrative burden
• Consolidate multiple project plans and dependencies into a clear, reliable view of the overall ERP delivery roadmap
• Identify, escalation and support the mitigation of cross-project risks, delays, resource constraints and delivery issues
• Maintain consistent governance and reporting across projects with different scopes, delivery approaches, stakeholders and levels of maturity
• Provide the ERP Delivery Director and Group ERP Director with timely, accurate and decision-oriented information
• Balance competing priorities and facilitate effective trade-offs across the ERP delivery portfolio
• Support the ERP Delivery Director in steering the ERP delivery portfolio and preparing ERP governance and decision-making committees
• Define, maintain and continuously improve the common program and project management methodology, governance, templates and working modes to be followed by the Project PMOs
• Functionally coordinate the Project PMOs, facilitate alignment across projects, and provide guidance on planning, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies and governance
• Consolidate and maintain the integrated ERP delivery roadmap, including key milestones, critical paths, interdependencies and decision points
• Monitor project deliverables and review Project PMO status reporting, including KPIs, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, budgets and resource indicators
• Coordinate cross-project topics across the ERP landscape and ensure clear ownership and follow-up of actions and dependencies
• Maintain the consolidated ERP delivery risk, issue, action and decision logs; facilitate escalation and monitor mitigation plans
• Coordinate portfolio-level capacity and resource planning with the ERP Delivery Director and Project PMOs, highlighting constraints and required trade-offs
• Prepare concise executive reporting and ensure consistent communication between the Group ERP Director, ERP Delivery Director, Project PMOs and key stakeholders

Required Skills:

• At least 10 years of experience in program or project management, PMO leadership or portfolio coordination, preferably in complex ERP transformation or implementation environments
• Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies, including integrated planning, governance, risk and issue management, dependency management, resource planning and executive reporting; PM certification is a plus
• Experience coordinating multiple Project PMOs and establishing common governance, reporting standards, templates and controls
• Good understanding of ERP delivery lifecycles, business processes, target operating models, financial management and technology implementation
• Advanced proficiency in project and portfolio management, reporting, collaboration and data visualization tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, engineering, information systems or a related field
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, Project PMOs and cross-functional delivery teams
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, including the ability to coordinate teams through functional rather than direct reporting lines
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear priorities, decisions and executive messages
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-support capabilities
• Ability to prioritize effectively, work under pressure and maintain delivery focus across multiple concurrent initiatives
