Job summary

Nexdigm (SKP) in Gujarat seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP initiatives, including S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements. You will drive project execution, governance, and stakeholder coordination across business, technology, and partners.

The role requires managing timelines, risks, and dependencies while guiding cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve delivery objectives and successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management experience in ERP/SAP environments.
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, migrations or enhancements.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, budgeting and delivery oversight.
• Hands-on Jira or similar Agile project management tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete SAP project lifecycle from planning to go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional SAP and non-SAP teams with business owners.
• Use Jira for epics, user stories, sprints, dashboards and reporting.
• Drive governance, risk management, status reporting and escalations.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, stakeholder management, governance, and ensuring seamless coordination between business, technology, and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete SAP project lifecycle, including project planning, execution, testing, cutover, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional SAP and non-SAP teams while working closely with business process owners and key stakeholders.
• Utilize Jira or similar project management tools to manage epics, user stories, workflows, sprint planning, and project dashboards.
• Drive project governance, risk identification, mitigation planning, and status reporting to leadership teams.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with business users, implementation partners, vendors, and project teams to align on delivery objectives and outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and proactively manage project escalations and issues.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and change management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within ERP/SAP environments.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, or enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration touchpoints across business functions.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
• Experience in project governance, risk management, budgeting, and delivery management.

Preferred

• PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
• Exposure to manufacturing, plant operations, energy, utilities, or process industry environments.
• Candidates with experience in 1-2 end-to-end ERP implementations similar to SAP S/4HANA will also be considered.

Travel Requirements

• Base location can be Mumbai or Pune.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the Vapi Plant based on project requirements.
