Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks an experienced PMO/Delivery Lead to manage ERP delivery workstreams, coordinate planning, and drive end-to-end engagements across SAP, Oracle, or Guidewire. You will collaborate with technical and functional teams, track risks, and facilitate Agile ceremonies while mentoring junior staff.

Ideal candidates will have 4–8 years in ERP delivery, Agile/Scrum certification, and strong English communication skills to support diverse client projects across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 4–8 years of ERP delivery experience on SAP, Oracle or Guidewire.
• English proficiency required.
• Agile/Scrum certification preferred; PMP/CAPM/Prince2 advantageous.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage PMO and ERP delivery workstreams across portfolios, timelines, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate project planning, scoping, and documentation for technology‑enabled delivery initiatives.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery activities across ERP‑led engagements, owning scope, timeline, and quality outcomes.
• Partner with technical and functional teams on enhancements; ERP knowledge supports discussions.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and change control actions throughout the lifecycle.
• Support project governance with status updates, action logs, and decisions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog/sprint coordination, dependency tracking, and team alignment.
• Take on PMO or Scrum Master responsibilities on selected engagements as needed.
• Interpreting project data and delivery metrics to inform recommendations and next steps.
• Applying Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methods to organize work and adjust priorities.
• Develop client relationships by anticipating needs and responding to feedback.
• Mentor junior team members on project coordination tasks and PMO processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing PMO and ERP delivery workstreams across project portfolios, timelines, and budget tracking
• Coordinating project planning, scoping, and documentation for technology‑enabled delivery initiatives
• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end delivery activities across ERP‑led engagements from a project management standpoint, owning scope, timeline, and quality outcomes
• Partner with technical and functional teams on enhancement and change activities; either technical or functional knowledge of the ERP platform is good to have to support these discussions
• Tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and change control actions throughout the project lifecycle
• Supporting project governance activities by preparing status updates, action logs, and decision materials
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog/sprint coordination, dependency tracking, and team alignment
• Take on Project Manager or Scrum Master responsibilities on selected engagements as needed
• Interpreting project data and delivery metrics to inform recommendations and next‑step actions
• Applying Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methods to organize work, monitor progress, and adjust priorities
• Developing client relationships by anticipating needs, clarifying expectations, and responding to feedback
• Mentoring junior team members on project coordination tasks, delivery tools, and PMO processes

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• 4‑8 years of overall project/program delivery experience, with a strong track record on ERP‑led engagements (SAP, Oracle, Guidewire, or similar)
• Good to have: either technical or functional knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Guidewire) to support engagement conversations
• Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe, ACP) preferred; PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 are an advantage but not mandatory
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
