Job summary

Gopower Electech in India seeks a capable Project Manager to lead EPC projects from award to handover, coordinating planning, execution, and closeout with cross-functional teams.

You will develop detailed plans, monitor KPIs, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality and compliance across electrical infrastructure assignments.

The ideal candidate has a B.E. in Electrical Engineering and hands-on experience delivering power or infrastructure projects from engineering through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related Engineering.
• Experience managing projects from engineering through commissioning.
• Experience in power or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of EPC projects from award through commissioning and handover.
• Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource plans.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and timelines.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and project management tools.
• Supervise construction activities through site teams.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, quality standards, and construction methodologies.
• Monitor productivity and site progress.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site resources.
• Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Ensure completion of punch-list items.
• Manage final documentation and project handover.
• Conduct lessons-learned reviews.
