Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on delivery. Communicate project status, updates, and risks effectively to stakeholders and senior management. Lead project meetings, facilitate collaboration, and resolve conflicts to maintain team efficiency. Ensure project deliverables meet defined requirements, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations. Evaluate project outcomes, capture lessons learned, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
