Job summary

Genpact Bengaluru seeks a Program Director to lead cross-functional teams delivering large-scale AI and digital transformation programs. You will define governance, manage budgets, align stakeholders, and mentor PMs to ensure timely, within-scope outcomes.

You will drive strategic initiatives across global enterprises, scale advanced technology solutions, and embed agile practices. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex programs are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in commerce/economics/finance are preferred.
• MBA or equivalent master’s in analytics is advantageous.
• PMI certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience leading large AI/digital transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.
