Live Connections Placements Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Lead IT PMO for Pune, an IC role that will coordinate multiple vendors and projects in NBFC/BFSI domains. 5 days in-office work, immediate start, 18+ years total IT experience, and 15–16 years core PMO leadership in NBFC/BFSI preferred.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, vendor governance, and mixed delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. Education: Any Graduate.

Formación

• Preferred NBFCs/Lending Fintechs/Banks background.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Project Execution: Lead, manage, and track all IT project activities and lifecycles from concept through delivery.
• Experience in Fixed price engagement.
• Vendor & PMO Governance: Manage multiple vendor teams and PMO operations for projects.
• Project Tracking & Statusing: Maintain PMO standards, project health tracking, status reporting, and governance.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, evaluate, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Methodology Expertise: Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Job Description: Lead IT PMO (NBFC / BFSI Domain)

Position Overview

• Job Title: Lead IT PMO
• Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC) Role however will manage multiple vendors & projects
• Location: Pune KP office
• Work Mode: 5 Days Working (In-office)

Compensation & Budget

• Notice Period: Immediate / 1 Month preferred (Max 2Months considered)

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Total Experience: 18+ years overall experience
• Relevant Experience: 15–16 years of core experience in end-to-end IT Project Management within Banking / NBFC / BFSI domain.
• Education: Any Graduate.
• Preferred Companies / Domain Background: Target candidates strictly from NBFCs / Lending Fintechs / Banks (e.g., L&T Finance, Bajaj Finance, Tata Capital, Cholamandalam Finance, etc.).

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• End-to-End Project Execution: Lead, manage, and track all IT project activities and project lifecycles from concept through delivery.

• Methodology Expertise: Execute projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Key Technical & Functional Skills Required

• BFSI / NBFC Domain: Strong hands-on understanding of Loan management, lending platforms, and banking technology workflows.
• Project Management Fundamentals: Solid proficiency in lifecycle planning, project plans, resource coordination, and timeline management.
• Vendor Management: Experience in handling external vendors, partners, and cross-functional technology teams.
