Project Manager E&I

Tecnimont is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for our Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing E&I projects from conception to completion. This includes planning, executing, and delivering projects efficiently, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with various teams, ensure compliance with safety and industry standards, and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires strong leadership abilities to guide project teams, solve problems, and make decisions that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for E&I projects
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular reports to senior management
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Lead project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
• Mentor and guide project team members in best practices and methodologies
• Manage project scope, schedule, and cost effectively
• Leading project planning sessions and ensuring all project milestones are met
• Facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to address project requirements and changes
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize potential delays and issues

Skills and Tools Required

• Proven experience in project management, specifically within the E&I sector
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems and technologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project)
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, quality assurance, and risk management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial management related to projects

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Instrumentation
• Significant experience in project management within the energy or industrial sectors
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate challenges efficiently
• Effective interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams and engage with various stakeholders
