• Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor E&I technicians, engineers, and other staff.
  • Assign work, set priorities, and provide technical guidance and training.
  • Manage performance, conduct evaluations, and address team needs.
• Project Management
  • Oversee E&I projects, from planning and design to implementation and commissioning.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards.
• Technical Expertise
  • Possess a strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation principles and practices.
  • Design, install, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems, including SCADA, PLC, and other control systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Safety and Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Maintenance and Operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs for electrical and instrumentation equipment.
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify potential problems.
  • Oversee the operation of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in E&I processes and systems.
  • Implement best practices and technologies to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
