Your Role
As an E&I Work Planner, you are the key figure who ensures that our projects run smoothly from start to delivery. You translate the client’s scope into clear work packages and ensure that our technicians and supervisors can get to work with the right tools, materials and instructions.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing work requests and preparing work planning
- Developing work packages with drawings, material lists, diagrams and safety instructions
- Preparing planning input and supporting project managers in organizing work activities
- Coordinating orders and deliveries of materials and tools
- Checking technical documents and keeping diagrams up-to-date
- Consulting with supervisors, technicians and clients to align scope and execution
- Ensuring all preparations comply with applicable standards (VCA**, ATEX, IEC, ISA, NEN)
- Supporting project follow-up and contributing to process improvements
Profile
- A degree in electromechanics, electrical engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in E&I projects or maintenance in an industrial environment
- Practical knowledge of instrumentation, control panels, cable calculations and industrial installations
- Experience with systems such as DeltaV, Honeywell or Foxboro is an advantage
- You have strong communication skills, are organisationally minded and can effectively coordinate between different parties
- Safety is always your top priority
- Fluent in Dutch, basic knowledge of English is a plus
