Job summary

Xircle Talent seeks a Project Manager to drive end-to-end overseas data center infrastructure deployments from India. You will oversee design, construction, and equipment deployment aligning with global standards and business objectives.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, operations, procurement, and finance, managing multiple vendors, tracking risks, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. English and Hindi fluency is essential; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in data centers or equivalent critical infrastructure.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in construction or project management.
• Minimum 5 years of vendor and subcontractor management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; Chinese is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities concurrently.
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline (preferred).
• Experience with Indian data center projects (preferred).
• Ability to discuss technical concepts and evaluate new proposals with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with consistent follow-through to project closure and strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience presenting to senior executives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
