Job summary

TestUnity in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery for IT services and digital transformation initiatives. You will coordinate engineering, QA, and business teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and maintain program governance while ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder communication, and robust project documentation, with a hybrid work model supporting 3 days onsite and 2 remote.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and Agile projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in project documentation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across engineering, QA, and business teams - tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings for Agile/Scrum teams using Jira/Confluence.
• Prepare and distribute status reports, risk logs, and project dashboards for leadership and client stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, including scope change logs, requirement traceability matrices, and UAT sign-offs.
• Act as escalation point for blockers, aligning cross-functional resources to resolve delays or scope conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to internal PMO governance, compliance standards, and contract delivery milestones.
