About the Role
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and result-oriented IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our technology projects. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure software projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Planning: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Team Coordination: Lead and guide software engineering, QA, and UI/UX teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Agile Management: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives (Scrum/Kanban).
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential technical risks or project bottlenecks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication across technical teams, business leaders, and external clients regarding project status and updates.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables adhere to technical standards, business requirements, and high-quality benchmarks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience managing IT software development, web/mobile applications, or cloud integration projects.
- Core Methodologies: Strong practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software architecture, API integrations, web/mobile technology stacks, and database systems.
- Tools: Proficiency with project management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or Monday.com).
