Job summary

Talentoindia is seeking an organized IT Project Manager in Mumbai to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across SDLC to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include defining scope and timelines, leading engineering, QA, and UI/UX, and managing risks with proactive mitigation. A strong background in Agile or Waterfall is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing IT software development, web/mobile applications, or cloud integration projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks.
• Familiarity with software architecture, API integrations, web/mobile technology stacks, and databases.
• Proficiency with project management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or Monday.com).

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Lead and guide software engineering, QA, and UI/UX teams throughout the SDLC.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives (Scrum/Kanban).
• Identify potential technical risks or project bottlenecks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain clear communication across technical teams, business leaders, and external clients regarding project status and updates.
• Ensure project deliverables adhere to technical standards, business requirements, and high-quality benchmarks.
