Alfa Laval India in Satara is seeking a dynamic Project Manager Continuous Improvement to drive manufacturing process development in line with Alfa Laval Production System and Lean Six Sigma. You will act as the local link to the ALPS Central Team and lead the rollout with the management team.

The role requires 8–10 years in production/manufacturing, BE Mechanical, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; you will train, coordinate ALPS activities, run audits, and push improvements with line management to

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing.
• BE Mechanical or Production Engineering degree.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Act as the local communication link between the factory/site and the ALPS Central Team.
• Coordinate ALPS training, certification, and material upkeep.
• Lead ALPS scorecard reporting and adherence to standards.
• Drive improvements with line management and conduct audits (5S, SOP dialogues).
• Participate in ALPS core teams and regional steering committees.

Please feel free to peruse our website www.alfalaval.com.The position / About the Job:Act as the local communication link between the factory/site and the ALPS Central Team (ALPS CET).Support ALPS in-site communication.Actively support and challenge the daily running of ALPS in the factory/site.Participate in local and PG/regional ALPS Steering Committee.Ensure that the factory/site ALPS Scorecard is reported on time and according to standard.Ensure that all ALPS related material used in the factory/site is up to date and standard, including all templates and visuals.Run local ALPS Basic training and support ALPS CET in preparation and execution of locally run Central ALPS Basic training.Coordinate all local ALPS related training.Network with other local ALPS Drivers.Actively seek and communicate possible best practice solutions both locally and globally.Participate in Popcorn meetings and ALPS Webinars.Coordinate and support planning, preparation and certification process of ALPS Installation for the factory/site.Coordinate and support planning, preparation and execution of ALPS Progress Days for the factory/site.Perform audits according to ALPS (SB Audit Dialogues, SOP Audit Dialogues (Improvement), 5S Audits).Participate in ALPS Core Teams.Submit initiatives/suggestions on improvements to ALPS standards to ALPS CET.Competencies/ ProfileBe competent in ALPS (minimum on ALPS Basic Training level)Be competent in Lean Six Sigma (minimum on Black Belt level)Be a result driven Leader who thrives on being in GembaBe competent facilitator and communicatorBe honest, open and assertiveHave high integrity and strategic perspectiveHave the ability to drive implementation through and together with line managementQualifications & experience:8-10 years of relevant experience from production/manufacturing company.B.E.
