Job summary

BuildxPartners in Bangalore is hiring a Project Manager focused on Security Compliance, Governance, and Project Coordination for a technology-driven client.

This role offers a Hybrid work model (4 days in office) and requires joining within 30 days; you will coordinate with Engineering, Product, IT, HR, Legal to ensure timely execution.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in PMO, Compliance, Security Operations, or Delivery Management, and hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Excel/Sheets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Project Management, PMO, Compliance, Security Operations, or Delivery Management
• Strong knowledge of Security & Compliance concepts including controls, audits, governance, and risk management
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets, and document repositories

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track multiple security and compliance initiatives
• Maintain project plans, trackers, documentation, and compliance repositories
• Support audit activities, evidence collection, and follow-up actions
• Track project risks, compliance gaps, remediation activities, and action items
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, IT, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and governance activities
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates
• Ensure adherence to organizational security policies, compliance frameworks, and delivery standards

Key Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
