Job summary

BuildxPartners is seeking a Project Delivery Engineer to join our delivery team in Bengaluru. You will drive end-to-end deployments of the Infraon product suite, coordinating with customers throughout the deployment lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and smooth handovers.

You will install Infraon components, document requirements, manage risks, and provide training and support. Regular status updates and travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Educational background in IT/CS or related field as listed.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking basics, Linux and SQL.
• Experience with project deployment or delivery across IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of Infraon product suite from kickoff to closure.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and implementation steps; identify risks and mitigation.
• Coordinate with customers and provide regular status updates; resolve concerns.
• Install and configure Infraon products (IMS, Desk, NCCM, Secura) and ensure integration with customer environments.
• Provide technical support and training; manage UAT sign-off and handovers.
• Document project progress and share status reports with stakeholders; travel to customer sites as needed.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Project Delivery Engineer who will be part of the delivery team responsible for executing end-to-end project implementations. The role involves working closely with customers throughout the deployment lifecycle, ensuring smooth implementation, timely delivery, and seamless transition to support.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. End-to-End Project Deployment
• Lead deployment of Infraon product suite from project kickoff to closure.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks.
• Drive project sign-off and collect customer feedback.
• 2. Project Scope & Planning
• Understand and document project scope, deliverables, and implementation steps.
• Identify risks and proactively plan mitigation strategies.
• 3. Customer Coordination & Communication
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during deployment.
• Provide regular updates and ensure alignment on expectations.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Install and configure Infraon products (IMS, Desk, NCCM, Secura).
• Ensure seamless integration with customer environments.
• 5. Technical Support & Issue Resolution
• Handle customer queries related to deployment and product usage.
• Escalate bugs/issues to the development team when required.
• 6. User Training & Handover
• Conduct product demos and training sessions for end users.
• Manage UAT sign-off and gather feedback for improvements.
• 7. Project Reporting & Documentation
• Share regular status reports with stakeholders.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
• 8. Additional Responsibilities
• Travel to customer locations for deployment and training when required.
• Support organizational goals through successful project delivery.
