Job summary

BuildxPartners in Bangalore South is seeking a Project Manager focused on security compliance, governance, and project coordination. You will work with cross-functional teams in a structured, compliance-driven environment and support audits.

The role is hybrid (4 days in office). 1–3 years in PMO, delivery, or compliance, plus strong documentation and stakeholder skills, are preferred. Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Compliance, Security Operations, or Delivery Management.
• Good understanding of Security & Compliance concepts including controls, audits, policies, governance, and risk management.
• Strong project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track multiple security and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, documentation, and compliance repositories.
• Support audit activities, evidence collection, and follow-up actions.
• Track project risks, compliance gaps, remediation activities, and action items.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, IT, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
