Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams, manage project deliverables, and drive successful execution across Agile and Waterfall environments. The role involves stakeholder management, project planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and business value.

• Quickly build and leverage relationships with sponsors, Programme Managers, and key stakeholders while understanding their priorities.
  
• Agree and build an approved list of deliverables as defined by the Decision Review Board or Programme Manager, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality parameters.
  
• Motivate and lead project/workstream teams through periods of uncertainty while identifying and reporting barriers to successful delivery.
  
• Create and deliver relevant, impactful communication for project and stakeholder management.
  
• Support teams in maintaining resilience after setbacks and recovering project performance effectively.
  
• Manage and report project risks while making timely recommendations to maximize business value.
  
• Collaborate effectively with Business IT, impacted business teams, and wider stakeholders to resolve issues related to financing, risk, resourcing, integrated planning, and long-term product/service management where applicable.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong program and project delivery experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  
• Good understanding of PM Lifecycle, SDLC, Scrum, application development, and software development environments.
  
• Hands-on experience with Project Management tools and techniques including Project Charter, WBS, Gantt Charts, etc.
  
• Experience handling SoW, Proposals, Scheduling, Budgeting, RFQs, RFPs, and related project governance activities.
  
• Strong technology exposure including SaaS platforms and digital technologies.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, resilience, critical thinking, and business-value-driven mindset.
  
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification along with Agile certification preferred.
