Job description

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

To own, execute and manage projects from requirement gathering to go-live for self & team below. To analyse issues & resolve it by providing solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To own for complete project execution for self & team
• To manage a team of 3 to 4 members
• Requirement Gathering, BRD Documentation, BRD Reviews & signoffs
• Plan and manage UAT – Review of scenario and testpack preparation
• Analyse production issues & provide solutions
• System gap analysis and understanding users’ pain areas to proactively take up suitable actions for improvising user satisfaction
• Communicate with internal and External Stake holders to support Project Implementation
• Lead a team of business analysts & testers
• Present on work done by team & self in management reviews
• Team management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

Educational Qualifications: CA/MBA/BE/PG/GR with Life Insurance Domain Knowledge and Technical Skills (Preferably Underwriting).

Work Experience

• CA/ PG- 6- 7 yrs
• GR/ BE- : 8 – 9 yrs. of Experience in business analysis , project management, team management

Certifications: CBAP , ISTQB ( Preferable)
