Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee civil works for irrigation, water supply, pipelines, railway, and general civil construction.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings and designs for site development and stormwater solutions.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and support documentation and reporting.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Project Engineer role located in Nagpur and near sourrounding area . The Civil Project Engineer will plan, design, and oversee civil works related to irrigation, water supply, pipeline, railway, and general civil construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and designs, supporting site development and stormwater management solutions, coordinating with project teams and contractors, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves monitoring project progress, conducting site inspections, implementing quality and safety procedures, and assisting in resolving technical issues during execution. The Civil Project Engineer will also support documentation, reporting, and communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, including the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management and Site Development, with experience in planning and implementing drainage and land development solutions.
• Experience in Quality Control for civil projects, including site inspections, material testing coordination, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and familiarity with applicable codes and standards.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
• Prior experience in infrastructure or government projects, particularly in irrigation, water supply, pipeline, or railway civil works, is an advantage.
