Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager - Business Readiness to drive organizational readiness for a large-scale ERP transformation. You will lead business readiness workstreams, design operating models, and align reporting and controls to enable a smooth transition.

You will partner with stakeholders across functions, manage risks and dependencies, support cutover planning, training, and stabilization, and ensure SOX and regulatory requirements are addressed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of Project Management experience in Business Transformation or ERP programs.
• Experience in Operating Model Design, Internal Controls, Business Readiness, or Organizational Change Management.
• Strong understanding of SOX, COSO, Internal Controls, Risk Management, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Experience with large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with global/onshore-offshore teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Readiness workstream for a large-scale ERP Transformation Program.
• Manage project plans covering Operating Model Redesign, Reporting, Internal Controls, and Organizational Readiness.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define and transition current-state to future-state operating models.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Controls teams to ensure SOX and regulatory requirements are addressed.
• Drive reporting readiness across Management, Regulatory, and Statutory reporting processes.
• Facilitate role mapping, RACI development, process ownership transitions, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness activities across impacted business functions.
• Prepare readiness dashboards, status reports, and executive updates.
• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Adhere to program governance, PMO standards, reporting cadence, and documentation requirements.
• Escalate project risks, issues, and blockers through defined governance channels.
• Collaborate with Data, Finance, Business Readiness, and other workstreams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support overall cutover planning, go-live execution, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
