Job summary

Udaipur Mineral Development Syndicate in Jaipur invites an experienced IT program manager to own end-to-end ERP delivery (SAP/Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O) across mining, talc, and real estate units. You will coordinate vendor selection, build the master plan, budget, RAID log, and governance across all rollout phases.

You will lead BRD, fit-gap, UAT, change management, and adoption; manage external partners; ensure timely go-lives; and report status to CTO and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of IT project/program management experience.
• Experience leading at least one full ERP implementation (SAP or Dynamics 365 F&O) as lead PM.
• Experience delivering infrastructure and enterprise applications in multi-site environments; manufacturing/mining exposure is a strong plus.
• Hands-on BRD, fit-gap, UAT and change-management workstreams, not just scheduling.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management with C-level sponsors and shop-floor teams alike.

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• ERP Program Ownership
• Own end-to-end delivery of the new ERP program (SAP / Business Central / D365 F&O) from vendor and platform selection through implementation and go-live.
• Build and maintain the master program plan, budget, RAID log and governance cadence across all phases of the ERP rollout.
• Coordinate closely with the CTO and business stakeholders to finalize platform and implementation-partner selection.
• Business Alignment & Requirements
• Lead workflow discussions with business teams and service providers across Mining, Talc and Real Estate to capture current and future-state processes.
• Drive Business Requirement Document (BRD) formulation, fit-gap analysis and functional design sign-off for all new IT initiatives.
• Plan and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, ensuring issues logged, triaged and resolved prior to go-live.
• Infrastructure & Delivery Management
• Bring proven experience delivering IT infrastructure, ERP and enterprise application projects, applying structured project management discipline (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk).
• Coordinate with infrastructure, data-centre and connected-factory workstreams to keep implementation timelines aligned with the broader technology roadmap.
• Manage external implementation partners and specialist agencies against contracted scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Change Management & Adoption
• Own change management for all new IT rollouts communication planning, user readiness, training curricula and adoption tracking across all sites.
• Establish super-user networks at each plant/business unit to sustain adoption post go-live.
• Report program status, risks and decisions needed to the CTO and Senior Leadership on a regular cadence.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• 8-14 years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least one full-cycle ERP implementation (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O as a lead PM.
• Demonstrated experience delivering infrastructure and enterprise application projects in a multi-site or multi-business environment; manufacturing, mining or process-industry exposure is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience running BRD, fit-gap, UAT and change-management workstreams, not just program scheduling.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working directly with C-level sponsors and shop-floor teams alike.
