Job summary

Siemens in Mumbai is seeking a project-focused professional to lead execution, cost control and material planning for building management system projects. You will manage vendors, coordinate across multiple sites in Mumbai, and ensure timely delivery of technical documentation and supplies.

You will need strong BMS knowledge, ability to prioritize, manage teams and drive on-time completions while handling contracts, billing and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Responsible for project execution, cost control and materials arrangement.
• Responsible for vendor management and coordination with consultants and vendors.
• Candidate should handle multiple projects across Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• Should have strong technical knowledge in Building Management System.
• Skilled planner, executor and implementer with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Overall responsible for planning and managing technical matters, equipment and materials.
• Coordinate for timely receipt of technical documentation and supplies to meet schedule.
• Knowledge of PO's, WO's, contracts, terms, billing and quality control.
• Execute complete project work and contractor liaison as per plan.
• Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.
• Handling team of contract employees and contractor management.

• Ensure contracts, PO’s and billing processes align with project goals.
• Lead contractor activities and daily operations on site.
• Draft material specs and supervise procurement activities.
• Direct contract staff and contractor management on projects.

• 5. A skilled planner, executor and implementer with the ability to prioritize, manage and thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments with proven success in managing operations and managing teams.
• 6. Overall responsible in planning and managing the execution of all technical matters pertaining to personnel, equipment, spares/consumable materials, etc. to provide requisite level of engineering services.
• 7. Coordination with the consultants, vendors for timely receipt of technical documentation / supplies to meet the project schedule.
• 8. Well aware of PO's, WO's, Contracts, terms and conditions and material managements, vendor and client billing, Quality Control etc.
• 9. Execution of complete Project work, contractor's work, billing & liaison with statutory bodies as per the project plan.
• 10. Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment
• 11. Handling team of contract employees & contractor management.
