Siemens Hyderabad-based role in Smart Infrastructure seeks a motivated project professional to drive site management, coordination with engineering, procurement and sales teams, and ensure on-time delivery of IBMS/ELV projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge on ELV and IBMS system is required.
• Experience in project management, engineering, site management.
• Know-how on compliance, negotiation communication methods, claim management, risk management, business planning and health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monthly revenue projection, collection and handling customer escalations.
• IBMS and ELV domain knowledge required and to be learned.
• Coordinate with project team members (engineering, order processing, purchasing), and sales/proposals.
• Resource, contract and budget management, claims and change orders.
• Evaluate and apply interface requirements of system components.
• Assess project risks and opportunities.
• Prepare regular project reporting, status discussions and milestone reviews.
• Plan site preparation with internal and external resources.
• Coordinate site mounting, installation and commissioning.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with customers/consultants to complete the project on time and with quality.
• Profit & Loss responsibility based on order income.
• Ensure HSE requirements at site and compliance with Siemens policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.

1. 1.Montly Revenue Projection, Collection & Handling Customer Escalations
2. 2.Domain Knowledge of IBMS and ELV system is a must and to be learnt within the organization.

10. 10.Management and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
11. 11.Coordinate with customers/consultants to successfully complete the project in time and quality.
12. 12.Profit & Loss responsibility based on Order Income calculation.
13. 13.Follow up the HSE Requirements that needs to be fulfilled at site level and make sure that all Siemens corporate and Legal HSE Requirements are met.
14. 14.Participate in continuous improvement activities.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Knowledge on ELV and IBMS system is required.

Experience in project management, engineering, site management

Know-how on compliance, negotiation communication methods, claim management, risk management, business planning and health & safety regulations.
