The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely and successful completion of assigned projects. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to following instructions to achieve the best outcomes. We are looking for a versatile and detail-focused team player who excels at multitasking, consistently produces high-quality work, and meets deadlines reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BIM-based project execution, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Supervise and support the MEP BIM team by providing training, resolving technical issues, and optimizing workflows
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand BIM requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations
• Implement and maintain quality control processes in compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and industry standards
• Stay updated on BIM trends and tools, evaluating new technologies and fostering continuous learning within the team

Skills, Qualification and Requirements

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
