Job summary

Genpact in India (Pune region) is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to analyze client processes, identify opportunities, and drive technology-enabled improvements across complex programs.

You will gather requirements, map processes, and contribute to roadmap planning with stakeholders, executives, and delivery teams. The role requires strong analytics, economics/finance background, and experience with capital markets and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics, or Finance with related masters preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for business analysis.
• Experience with risk, capital markets, and regulatory considerations.
