Job summary

Mavericks Consultancy in Thane, Maharashtra, seeks two candidates for a project-based, full-time role with a hybrid work setup. The position focuses on rural market initiatives, training, and team coordination across field activities in rural India.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of L&D execution experience in rural settings, strong communication skills, English and Hindi fluency, and the ability to work remotely with travel as needed. Laptop and internet access are required.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Rural Marketing, Social Work, Education and/or Agriculture.
• 2–4 years of experience in executing L&D programs in rural India.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (oral and written).
• Access to a laptop/computer and internet connectivity.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.
• Based out of Uttar Pradesh or Bihar.
• Passionate about improving lives of rural audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build a local team to execute the program.
• Train your team per program requirements.
• Prepare and execute the program plan on schedule.
• Ensure timely execution of the program.
• Monitor execution and help the team solve problems.
• Escalate issues beyond the team’s capability.
• Report on program execution.
• Capture stakeholder feedback and report impact.

Selected candidates shall shoulder the following responsibilities:

• Build a team of local, on-ground personnel to execute the program
• Train your team as per the program requirements
• Prepare a plan of execution for the program
• Ensure timely execution of the program
• Monitor the execution, identify problem areas, and assist the team in problem-solving
• Escalate issues which the team and you are not being able to fix despite attempts
• Report of the execution of the program
• Capture feedback from key stakeholders on the impact of the program
• Report on the impact of the program

In exchange for your efforts, you shall get:

• Fixed pay as per industry standards + performance bonus
