Job summary

Cosmic Power is seeking a Project Manager in Surat, India to lead end-to-end project execution from handover to commissioning. You will plan, allocate resources, manage budgets and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers for timely completion.

The role requires 2–4 years in Project Execution / EPC / Site Management with strong leadership, communication, and MS Excel skills. On-site location at Canal Road, Palanpur, Surat, Gujarat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Project Execution / EPC / Site Management (preferred).
• Strong planning, budgeting, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project details and prepare execution plan, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Verify BOM availability with Stores and coordinate procurement or alternatives if required.
• Understand scope of work and align Site Manager, labour, and supervisors for execution.
• Ensure all required approvals, feasibility, and permissions before project start.
• Arrange site verification, layout preparation, and deployment of teams.
• Monitor Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site photos, and execution status.
• Align material dispatch as per site progress and coordinate with Procurement/Liaisoning teams.
• Communicate with customers for updates, changes, and execution coordination.
• Control site expenses and ensure execution within approved budget and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits, resolve issues, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage third-party vendors, labour teams, and maintain payment records.
• Provide regular project updates to the Project Coordinator and ensure commissioning and final closure.

Job Overview
