The candidate will oversee project planning, site execution, resource management, and quality control to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating with site engineers, procurement, O&M, and management, maintaining safety standards, preparing progress reports, and ensuring adherence to budget and schedule

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management or solar project execution experience.
• B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial solar installations preferred.

Job Summary

Sadbhav Renewable Limited is looking for a skilled and responsible Project Manager to manage solar installation projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, team coordination, resource management, quality control, and timely completion of solar EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and execute solar installation projects from commencement to completion.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and daily execution targets.
• Ensure projects are completed within the timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and resolve site-related issues promptly.

2. Site Management

• Supervise solar installation activities, including module mounting structures, solar panels, electrical wiring, inverter installation, and associated civil works.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and installation quality.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower.
• Coordinate site surveys, material delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

3. Team Management

• Manage and supervise site engineers, supervisors, technicians, electricians, and contractors.
• Allocate work responsibilities and monitor daily productivity.
• Coordinate with the O&M, procurement, design, and management teams.
• Ensure effective communication between the office and project sites.

4. Material and Cost Management

• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of project materials.
• Monitor material consumption, inventory, and wastage.
• Control project costs and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Maintain records of material requirements, site expenses, and project progress.

5. Quality and Safety

• Ensure solar installations comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Follow electrical safety procedures and applicable site safety requirements.
• Ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Identify and resolve quality issues before project handover.

6. Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Maintain records of manpower, materials, site activities, and project milestones.
• Report project delays, technical challenges, and resource requirements to management.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final project handover documentation.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of solar PV systems and solar EPC project execution.
• Understanding of electrical installations, civil works, and mounting structures.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and project documentation.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as per business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or solar project execution.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial solar installations will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in managing site teams, contractors, materials, and project schedules will be given preference.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: 25,000–35,000, depending on experience and skills.
