Job summary

Ecomak Systems, Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking an experienced AM/DM/Manager- Projects for Process Equipment to lead end-to-end execution of engineered equipment projects. You will coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality and Planning to meet cost, quality and timeline commitments.

Candidates with experience in pressure vessels, heat exchangers and other fabricated equipment will be preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management/Project Execution in Process Equipment, Heavy Engineering, Fabrication or similar industries.
• Preference for direct experience in Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers.
• Experience handling projects from order booking through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, inspection and dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of Process Equipment projects from order receipt to dispatch.
• Coordinate execution of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Tanks, Reactors and other fabricated equipment.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones and execution plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality and Planning teams.
• Monitor project progress against timelines and identify delays/risks.
• Drive recovery plans and ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants and EPC contractors for requirements and approvals.
• Review engineering deliverables, procurement status, manufacturing progress, inspection and dispatch readiness.
• Monitor project cost, resource utilization and profitability.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide MIS/status reports to management.
• Resolve project-related technical, commercial and execution issues.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality requirements and applicable codes/standards.
• Manage documentation, change management, customer approvals and project handover.

Job Description

Ecomak Systems is looking for an experienced Project Manager Process Equipment to manage end-to-end execution of Process Equipment projects, with a strong preference for candidates having experience in Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and other engineered/fabricated equipment.

The role will involve coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, Planning and customers to ensure projects are delivered within committed cost, quality and timelines.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management/Project Execution in Process Equipment, Heavy Engineering, Fabrication or similar industries.
• Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers.
• Experience handling projects from order booking through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, inspection and dispatch.
• Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring and execution.
• Experience working with EPC companies, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical or Process Industry customers will be preferred.
• Good understanding of fabrication, welding, inspection and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project will be preferred.
• Strong customer coordination, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
