Job summary

Jobtailor in India is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst to drive agile delivery across ERP/CRM platforms and manage cross-functional teams. You will document requirements, design AS-IS and To-Be processes, and lead initiatives across Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Plan-to-Fulfill value streams.

The role requires 10–13 years of experience, strong Jira/Confluence skills, ERP/CRM familiarity (Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot), and certifications such as PMP or CSM.

Qualifications

10 - 13 Years of experience
Demonstrated experience managing sprints and agile delivery within Jira and Confluence
Business-analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and authoring detailed requirement tickets with clear acceptance criteria
Experience coordinating multiple remote teams and concurrent projects
Working familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, HubSpot, and/or Tableau
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter mindset with initiative to drive work forward independently
ERP experience highly desired, such as NetSuite or comparable platforms
CRM experience, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable platforms
Experience supporting Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, or Plan-to-Fulfill process improvements
Familiarity with integration and reporting toolchains in an enterprise environment
Relevant certifications, such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master, CBAP, or equivalent
Technical expertise in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions
Ability to lead projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives
Ability to comply with coding standards and performance measures
Ability to develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for build, system testing, and implementation phases
Ability to lead understanding of AS-IS situations and design and validate To-Be designs
Specialized knowledge of customer business domains, technology suites, business processes, and relevant platforms
In-depth understanding of project documentation such as BBP, Solution Design, and FS
Ability to analyze current-state and define to-be processes
Knowledge of solution design, scope analysis, business cases, functional specifications, use-case diagrams, and design specifications
Knowledge of requirement management and analysis processes, tools, and methodologies
Ability to extract requirements for complex scenarios, identify impacted modules/features, develop traceability matrices, and identify transition requirements
Ability to create test plans, integration test cases, business scenario test cases, automation test scripts, conduct regression testing, and perform defect-fix impact analysis

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and track multiple concurrent administration and development projects across HubSpot, Salesforce, MuleSoft, NetSuite, and Tableau
Manage sprints, backlogs, and delivery workflows in Jira
Maintain project documentation, decisions, and knowledge in Confluence
Gather and document requirements, define scope and acceptance criteria, map current- and future-state processes, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable work items
Create and curate clear, prioritized requirement tickets for development and administration teams
Coordinate and align multiple remote teams, ownership, dependencies, and timelines
Support improvements to Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Plan-to-Fulfill value streams
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Remove blockers and keep delivery on track
Provide status updates, surface risks early, and communicate progress to technical teams and business stakeholders
Act as technical expert by identifying application issues and providing timely solutions
Lead projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives
Develop plans and estimates for build, system testing, and implementation phases
Lead AS-IS analysis and design and validation of To-Be processes
