Job summary

Fluentgrid Limited in India seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT services for Utility Billing, CIS, CRM, Metering, and related customer service solutions. You will develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires 12+ years of IT services experience, PMP certification, and strong knowledge of Agile, governance, and stakeholder management across large utility deployments.

Job Requirements :

• 12+ years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Project Manager (PMP certified).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to apply them effectively.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale technical projects with complex dependencies.
  
• Experience in implementing Electricity Utility Billing/CIS/CRM solutions.
• Experience delivering large-scale utility projects for Electricity Distribution Companies(DISCOMs).
• Strong understanding of Metering, Billing, Collections, Customer Service, and SmartMetering (AMI).
• Experience managing enterprise implementations for utilities with over 1 million consumers.
• Exposure to government/public sector utility projects and multi-vendor environments.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital transformation projects using modern enterprise technologies.
