Job summary

Nexora in Navi Mumbai invites an experienced IT Project Manager with 4–5+ years to lead software development for internal products and international clients. You will oversee a cross-functional team of six, and serve as the primary bridge between clients and the technology division.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery, client updates, and mentoring developers and designers, using Agile practices to ensure timely, quality outcomes. PMP or Scrum Master certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Mandatory experience in Logistics, Transport, or Supply Chain projects.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA for planning and tracking.
• Experience with modular architecture or microservices.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
• Frontend: VueJS, ReactJS, NextJS.
• Backend: NodeJS, NestJS, Python.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL.
• Basic understanding of AWS.
• Flutter for Android is a plus.
