Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical system design, project execution, and industry codes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage electrical engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
• Review and approve electrical system designs, drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to define requirements and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety codes, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules, procurement plans, and resource allocations.
• Manage project budgets, perform cost estimation, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate delays or failures.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover of electrical systems and infrastructure.
• Compile reports and updates for senior management.
