Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group) is seeking an Electrical Maintenance professional based in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for developing maintenance programs, troubleshooting electrical systems, and managing spare parts inventory.

Additionally, the role includes planning electrical installation projects, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. This position is critical for maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in production equipment.
• Maintain motors, drives, PLC, SCADA, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, generators.
• Manage electrical spare parts inventory.
• Reduce equipment downtime through root cause analysis.
• Plan and execute electrical installation and expansion projects.
• Prepare project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Role & responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Maintain:
  • Motors and drives (VFDs)
  • PLC and SCADA systems
  • MCCs and switchgear
  • Transformers and generators
  • Compressors, boilers, refrigeration systems
  • Packaging and processing equipment
• Manage electrical spare parts inventory.
• Reduce equipment downtime through root cause analysis.

Project Management

• Plan and execute electrical installation and expansion projects.
• Prepare project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
