Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi preferred for site labor management.

The Responsibilities of the Candidate Will Entail:

• Manage daily on-site operations, supervising contractors, vendors, and site labor across active sites.
• Read, interpret, and implement architectural plans, technical drawings, and interior layouts.
• Evaluate and advise on procurement for premium residential and commercial interior/building products.
• Track project schedules, material costs, and contractor deliverables using Microsoft Excel.

The Qualifications and the Requirements of the Candidate:

• Experience: Hands-on experience in Interior Design and site execution for residential and commercial projects.
• Technical: Ability to read blueprints and site plans. AutoCAD or related interior software knowledge is a strong bonus.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi. Marathi fluency is strongly preferred for effective site labor management.
• Digital Aptitude: Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with basic AI tools (e.g., automated scheduling, project tracking prompts) to boost productivity.
