Job summary

Protiviti India is seeking a Project Manager with deep experience in digital transformation and ERP implementations. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, coordinate UAT, and drive governance and end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives.

The role requires a B.E. and MBA, PMP certification, and a Mumbai-based, on-site work arrangement for a 1-year contract that may extend based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years in project management and digital transformations.
• B.E. and MBA are mandatory.
• PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendors.
• Coordinate UAT, drive change management, and ensure end-to-end project delivery.
• Oversee Material Master Management and Vendor Inventory Management implementations.
• Deliver large-scale digital transformation initiatives across sectors with strong documentation and reporting.

• Project Manager with experience in Digital Transformation.
• Strong Expertise in ERP project implementation.
• Experience in Project Governance and end to end project delivery.
• Skilled in SDLC, business requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, workflow automation
• Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, managing vendors, coordinating UAT, driving change management, and implementing Material Master Management and Vendor Inventory Management solutions.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale digital transformation initiatives across Manufacturing, Healthcare, FinTech, and Telecom sectors with strong project documentation, executive reporting, risk management, and process optimization skills.
• Holds a B.E. and MBA, making the profile well-aligned with ERP Implementation & Digital Transformation roles.
