Job summary

Adecco India is seeking a seasoned senior leader to oversee large wastewater projects in India. The role requires hands-on design and construction oversight for wastewater treatment plants (≥180 MLD) and pumping stations (≥500 MLD), with strong civil, mechanical and electrical coordination.

The ideal candidate brings 25+ years of experience, including leadership roles in multiple countries, and a proven track record of delivering complex wastewater/sewage projects within global standards.

Qualifications

• Total professional experience of at least 25 years.
• Experience in design and construction of at least two wastewater treatment plants of capacity ≥180 MLD each and pumping stations of ≥500 MLD, including Civil and Mechanical & Electrical works.
• At least 20 years as a senior member of management or as a Project Manager in wastewater/sewage sectors.
• Minimum working experience should be in 2 countries other than India.

Role & responsibilities

• Total Professional Experience of at least Twenty-five (25) years
• Relevant Experience in the design and construction of at least two projects of wastewater treatment plant of capacity not less than 180 MLD each and pumping station of installed capacity not less than 500 MLD each, including design of Civil and Mechanical & Electrical Works
• Relevant Experience of at least Twenty (20) years as a senior member of the management team or as a Project Manager in wastewater/ sewage sectors

Minimum working experience should be in 2 countries other than India
