Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai, based in Mumbai, seeks a Deputy Project Manager – HVAC (Chillers) to drive end-to-end project execution, including installation, ITC testing, and handover. The role emphasizes on-schedule delivery, safety, and stakeholder coordination across clients, consultants, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background with 8–12 years in HVAC project execution and hands-on site management, especially with large commercial/industrial chillers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in HVAC project execution.
• Strong experience in Chiller systems (installation, commissioning, testing).
• Hands-on exposure to project management & site execution.
• Experience working with large commercial / industrial HVAC projects.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of contracts, project planning, and execution lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution of HVAC systems with a focus on chillers.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) activities at project sites.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC, vendors, and internal teams.
• Drive site planning, execution strategy, and resource management.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and quality norms.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS updates.
• Support project closure including handover, documentation, and billing coordination.
