Responsibilities

• Lead complete CPM of HVAC projects with a focus on Chiller Plant systems.

• Ensure adherence to quality, safety norms, and technical specifications.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced CPM - Project Manager (HVAC) with a strong background in Chiller Plant projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of large-scale HVAC projects, including installation, testing, commissioning, and successful delivery of chiller systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete project management (CPM) of HVAC projects with a focus on Chiller Plant systems
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) of chiller plants
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Drive coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and technical specifications
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead and mentor project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure timely project delivery, billing milestones, and cost control
