Job summary

Board is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Mumbai office to lead complex transformation initiatives from scope to delivery. You will drive multi-project programs, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure client satisfaction across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates possess 8+ years in similar roles, strong English communication, and PM certifications (PRINCE2, PMI/PMP, SCRUM). You will contribute to high-quality outcomes and stakeholder collaboration while guiding project

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management roles, preferably Transformation Projects.
• Experience in retail/CPG/manufacturing transformations is a plus.
• PM certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI/PMP, or SCRUM are valued.

Responsibilities

• Managing the entire project lifecycle from definition/scope through delivery and post-go live.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring stakeholders are informed and updated.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring high quality deliverables.
• Work with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure project success, including liaison with technical resources.
• Training and coaching team members, monitoring performance, and taking corrective actions when needed.
• Project administration and documentation; set deadlines and monitor progress.
• Co-ordinating, attending and facilitating project and steering meetings; ensure issues are handled on time.
• Invoicing of Professional Services and ensuring on-time payments.
• Liaising with internal and client staff at all levels including project stakeholders.

We are looking to bring on a Project Manager to join us in our Mumbai office.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing all project activities through an excellent understanding of processes, documentation and communication. You will be responsible for our projects’ success as regards quality, time and budget. The PM must be eager to learn the Board functionalities and features in order to contribute to a successful project delivery and the overall team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire project lifecycle from definition/scope through delivery and post-go live
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction
• Develop and maintain project plans, project timelines, and project schedules, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and updated on project progress
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Learning the BOARD technology features and characteristics and use such knowledge to ensure that all project deliverables are of high quality and meet client expectations
• Work with cross-functional teams and partner to ensure project success, including liaising with technical resources and ensuring they have the necessary information to deliver project requirements
• Training and coaching team members in project; while monitoring team performance and taking corrective actions if needed
• Project administration and documentation
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project
• Co-ordinating, attending and facilitating project and steering meetings
• Ensuring that project actions/risks/issues are effectively handled to time
• Invoicing of Professional Services and ensuring on-time payments
• Liaising with internal and client staff at all levels including project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 8+ years’ experience working in a similar role (preferably with EPM/CPM or Supply chain solutions)
• Proven experience in managing Transformation Projects preferrable within the retail
• industry, CPG or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Knowledge of predictive analytics, data visualization, real-time analytics, and multi-dimensional databases
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project team members
• Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• PM certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI/PMP, SCRUM will be considered a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, as well as independently
• Fluency in English
• Degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field
