The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, guaranteeing compliance, and maintaining project documentation. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with project management tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IBMS+ ELV Industry.
• Past experience in similar companies with similar profiles.
• Excellent note-keeping capability.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a CEO (SPOC) of the Project.
• Responsible for coordinating between internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring timely handover of projects with required documentation.

Job description

A person who comes with inherent project management and customer relationship skills. The candidate must have an astute sense of timelines and the ability to actively co-ordinate with multiple people - teams, vendors, customers, consultants etc. A person who has a fair sense of our domain and has been in our industry for over 5 years minimum.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acting as a CEO (SPOC) of the Project.
• Ability to Execute Well within Time, Budget and Quality.
• Responsible for the coordination between internal stakeholders (Engineering, Accounts, Finance, Operations) with External Stakeholders (PMC, End Customer, Architect)
• Manpower Allocation as per Site Requirement
• Ensuring DMAIC and SMART Approach being Implemented as per Secutech PMP Program
• Ensuring Timely Handover of the Projects with required documentation and generating an Appreciation Certificate
• Submission of Investment Plan (Cash Flow) and Preparation of Project P&L Statement to Finance for review. Overall Revenue and Budget Management for the Project
• EHS, Quality and Administrative Compliances
• Risk & Constraints Analysis, Tracking and Control of the Project Milestones
• Chairing Meetings on Behalf of Secutech for all Project Specific Requirements
• Authorized to Take Techno Commercial Calls in the favor of Project
• Ensuring Contractor Compliance and Certifications
• Ensuring the Project is Delivered as per Baseline with Minimum Variance

SOFTWARE SKILLS

• Excellent Proficiency in Excel Sheet is mandatory
• Using Google Drive with a high level of organization
• A Good command over MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent Note Keeping Capability
• Should have a Knowledge of Using Workplace Tools like Gmail, Calendar, Jam Board, Meet, Slack, Zoom and Microsoft Teams

EXPERIENCE
