Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects. You will coordinate activities across teams, manage delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction.

With 8–10 years of experience, you will drive governance, reporting, and process improvements while maintaining compliance and strong stakeholder alignment. This role is based on-site in Bengaluru with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related field.
• ITIL Certified.
• PMP or Prince2 certified (good to have).
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills. Should be smart and presentable.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Project Planning and Coordination (Activities and Resources).
• Responsible for overall project processes and deliverables.
• Project onboarding, daily tracking of performance, proactive communication and escalation management.
• Drive the highest level of customer satisfaction and be a customer-referenceable account.
• Issue identification, resolution and stakeholder management.
• Project kick-off, weekly governance, documentation, reports and dashboards.
• Partnership with customers and stakeholders with a customer-focused mindset.
• Process and Service Improvement and Identification of new business opportunities.
• BGV, Compliance, training and onboarding as per customer process.
• Timely escalation to internal teams to take necessary actions.
• Timely invoicing, collection of payments, and billing data to be sent on the 1st working day of the month to the customer.
• Daily status reporting to SDM.
• Quality control, knowledge management, and best-practice sharing.
• IT Operations and Service Operation
• Handling Change Requests in Project Management
• Maintain Project documentation and course folders, SLA, PMS
