Job summary

Valmet Corporation is seeking an experienced Manager, Project Execution to lead valve equipment delivery projects for customers in process industries across global markets. The role focuses on achieving on-time delivery, budget adherence, and contract compliance while meeting quality and HSE standards.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Documentation teams to drive successful project outcomes and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a global environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a structured and accountable approach.
• Customer-focused and business-oriented mindset.
• Experience in industrial equipment, valves, flow control, manufacturing, EPC, or process industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from order handover to final delivery and closure.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, EPC contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Documentation teams.
• Handle project changes, customer requests, contract variations, and claims.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, risks, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, contract requirements, quality standards, and HSE guidelines.
• Prepare and share project status updates and reports with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
