Job summary

Valmet Flow Control Private Limited is seeking an experienced Manager, project execution to lead valve equipment delivery projects across global markets. You will ensure successful project execution, meet customer expectations, and uphold contractual commitments.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and documentation teams, while managing budget, schedule, risk, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a global environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a structured and accountable approach.
• Customer-focused and business-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from order handover to final delivery and closure.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, EPC contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Documentation teams.
• Handle project changes, customer requests, contract variations, and claims.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, risks, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, contract requirements, quality standards, and HSE guidelines.
• Prepare and share project status updates and reports with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
