Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology, MCA, M.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge on HCM product (HR, Payroll) will be a plus
• PMP or equivalent professional project management certification will be a plus

Project Services - Project Manager ADP Lyric HCM

Job Description

Position Description:

Project Leader will be responsible for handling and managing the people and the workflow for the ADP client and align the resources for the respective projects. He/She would be more of Servant Leader to help and support the team of Associate BA, BA, and Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ongoing responsibility, contribution to, and compliance with the ADP Project Management Methodology in liaison with the Team Manager.
• Lead all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
• Direct project timeliness and budgets.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement cycle of implementation process and ensure it is aligned with global best practices and utilizes clear standards and templates.
• Ensures the successful implementation of projects leading a team of associates, providing leadership and serving as primary, project level liaison for clients.
• Ability to manage multiple client / country projects concurrently
• Manages the day-to-day operations of the project to ensure successful delivery of project scope, timelines and budget.
• Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources.
• Create and manage project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Ability to manage and lead a team of people for the purposes of achieving project outcomes.
• Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project.
• Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project.
• Assess, manage, resolve and elevate (if necessary) risks and issues, and apply appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Effectively communicates relevant project status updates to Project resources, Team Manager and Resource Manager.
• Facilitates communication with client stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with a focus on enhanced client relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensuring project documentation is released in accordance with ADP Quality and Security standards and ensuring project team is adhering to these requirements; Track team hours and approve accordingly through project tool to ensure utilization is appropriate to project needs.
• Work on projects of high complexity.
• Drive innovation, best practices and achievement of strategic objectives.
• Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects.
• Ensure billing activity completed and communicated to the Delivery Manager as directed by the contract agreement.
• Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner.
• Provide analysis of project, including business case, ROI and post-project review.
• Adherence to ADP Global Compliance and Security mandates, including completion of all directed mandatory training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Advanced knowledge of functional area and related company products
• Ability to effectively communicate with multiple functions/organizations to identify and negotiate required resources
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage across formal organizational lines
• Strong team leadership and ability to delegate responsibility to all levels of the project team and hold team accountable for deliverables
• Expertise with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Visio
